  This place is dirty and just as cheap in quality as is the rent. You get what you pay for here -- inferior apartment living. For just a few hundred dollars more, you can get luxury apartments in a much better location with much better management. Oh, and if this place terminates your lease, they will charge YOU an insane amount of money even though it was their decision and you had no choice. So beware of exiting this place. Months later you will get a bill that charges you thousands of dollars for moving out and threatens to ruin your life if you don't pay it within thirty days. Cantata trails is a nightmare, especially bureaucratically. Everything is so disgusting there. I'm so glad i found a much better place and it's not a rip off!!! Misty is an evil manager. Beware. I was warned about hey before I moved in but i have her the benefit of the doubt. Look at the ratings for this place -- awful! It's not just me who feels this way. It's a ghetto.

  Terrible customer service. I moved in November 2016 around Thanksgiving and they gave me an apartment with a fridge that smelled like dead animal and when I told them they said oh clean it. I did not get a new one until a month later. They also did not fix the caulking around the tub before I moved in and after 2 notices from me they still did nothing. I paid my break lease fee which was over $2,300 in full in June 2017 and now October 2017 they send me to collections for a $2.75 charge which I was never billed. Their apartments are filthy, they do not clean the carpets before you move in or even replace them. My carpets had black spots all over them and dirt from before me. NEVER RENT HERE!!! Not worth the price.
