  Very bad. While they took pretty pictures and their team fairly responsive Greg was unresponsive, very unprofessional, and a bully. He showed our property once the first day then nothing for 3 months, then took our signs down at the beginning of high season, and then he began to bully us by threatening to unlist us from the MLS unless we met his demands. He was then fired.

  The end of the year is upon us! Thank you for sending me your link to your Google Plus site...many informative articles and many interesting and funny posts and quips. I particularly enjoy seeing what listings you have and your optimistic view on what the new year will bring...I keep hoping our neighborhood will make a big turn around and our home value will increase some more. We have taken a hands-on approach to the weedy sidewalks, pulling and cleaning those that are on either side of our home in hopes that others will see and do the same. What we need is that show on HGTV that comes out and improves the entire block! Thanks again, Greg, for a very informative page we will all get something from. We will continue to follow you and when the time is right, we will be in touch with you for a listing!
