  Our daughter has been at La Petite on Anaheim full-time for two years and it has truly been the perfect blend of socialization and academics for her. This La Petite is considered by many to be the best in the city. The staff and teachers here are incredible. While in Ms. Crystal's class for Early Preschool, our daughter learned the alphabet, her colors and numbers, and some very basic Spanish. She knows how to spell her full name and the names of her classmates too. The curriculum is play-based, with plenty of free play outside and time for independent exploration. The school constantly engages in reading, science, art and music activities. The school also offers a weekly dance/gymnastics program for the younger kids. Many of the teachers have been at this school for several years. The school's cook and meal coordinator is absolutely amazing, and they take food allergies and sensitivities very seriously. The director and assistant director, Theresa and Amanda, are talented professionals who excel in their roles as excellent, exemplary leaders. Discipline is positive, firm and fair. Parents are always greeted in a positive manner and the school has an open-door policy for parents who like to drop by. Our relationship with this school has been a true partnership; our daughter has become well-rounded socially and well-prepared for further learning.
