  The staff at this bank location has been friendly on the phone and in person when conducting regular banking business. However, they have not been helpful when dealing with and resolving problems. They don't seem to know what they are doing or what the bank can and cannot do. It seems that in this day and age, there are many transactions that require wiring funds from other banks and investment firms. But this staff (and most certainly the manager) made it a major operation, wasting their own time and mine and the other offices.....and were never able to handle the request required for conducting the transfer of funds. This was very troublesome! When I move from Albuquerque, I will gladly be changing banks! I want a staff that can handle banking operations and follow through on their customer's requests and needs in a timely manner. That doesn't seem to be asking for the moon, does it????
