  Kelly Taliaferro is currently my realtor and without her help I would be lost in the world of real estate. Lucky Dog Realty is a company that provides great customer service. Kelly is just a phone call away and and she is always on top of her game! I explain what I want out of a home and she finds it for me. I highly recommend the dedicated Kelly Taliaferro and Lucky Dog Realty as my experience so far has been great.

  Kelly was incredibly helpful and sweet. She worked with us on getting a short sale house, made sure everything went through on time, and was there to answer questions whenever we needed her.

  I had high hopes for my experience with Lucky Dog Realty. Kelly replied to my initial inquiry and very promptly and seemed helpful. Unfortunately, that is where the helpful attitude stopped. I was promised photos of the house for rent, as none were initially provided. Kelly told me multiple times that pictures were coming soon. However, none came and she soon stopped replying to all emails. After another week of persistence she eventually responded and told me the house had already been rented. My impression is that Kelly kept me on the “back burner” until other arrangements were finalized. Overall, my initial good impressions gave way to deceitful business practices and bad customer service. Knowing what I know now, I am glad I am not stuck with Lucky Dog Realty as my landlord or my realtor.
